Discharge

Once your doctor has discharged you from the hospital, you will be given detailed instructions on any medications you should be taking and/or exercises you need to be doing to continue your at-home care. You will also be assigned a Case Manager to coordinate your discharge needs as well as any community resources you may require.

Payment for hospital services is not expected at the time of your discharge. Your bill will be sent to you once your claim has been submitted and processed by your insurance company.
