Admission

To provide our patients with the utmost convenience, we have two registration and waiting room areas available... one for emergency visits... and one for outpatient visits.

ER Registration

All patients needing immediate medical attention should check in at the Admission Desk located in the hospital's Emergency Room. When checking in, you will be asked for your medical records, financial arrangements and a copy of your insurance card(s). All registration forms will need to be signed by the patient, a family member or the patient's appointed power of attorney. Patients will be treated as soon as possible, according to medical need and the seriousness of their injury or illness.

Outpatient Registration

Patients checking in for labs and other routine outpatient procedures can now enjoy the comfort and convenience of their own admission area. The Outpatient Registration Desk is located near the hospital's main lobby and features contemporary modern furniture and bold colors throughout. In addition, a children's area and an Internet kiosk are also available for patients waiting for their appointment or a loved one. When checking in, please make sure we have your medical records and a copy of your insurance card(s) on file.
