All Online Greetings are hand-delivered to patients each weekday. Messages received after 4 p.m will be delivered the following morning. E-mail received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday morning. There may be delays in delivery for e-mail received during a holiday. An email confirmation from St. Francis Hospital simply indicates your request has been received. It neither confirms or denies the individual is a patient at our facility. Messages sent to patients who have been discharged will not be delivered and will be discarded. Online Greetings are not confidential or secure, so please do not include information you do not wish to be viewed by others.
