Maternity ward did an excellent job taking care of us and our newborn. Many of the other "details" such as the candle lit dinner for mom & dad, the "welcome bag", the quicker register time in the e.r., are all noted and appreciated. Every staff member we had contact with provided us a positive experience. Our first delivery at St. Francis was good. This experience was excellent.
